Public football tips on Match Terminal settle against the finished score. The tipster leaderboard ranks them. This recap is 1–7 September 2026, London kick-off: every public pick that already has a result, including the ones that lost.

796 settled football predictions from 48 tipsters went 371–406–19 for −48.69u. Win rate 48%, ROI −6%. One unit is one stake. Pending picks sit on today's football tips until kick-off, so they are not in these numbers.

Losing records stay on the board with the winning ones. That is how football match tips are tracked here.

Top winners

Ranked by net units. Five settled picks minimum. Win rate on its own misleads this week: the two biggest winners both landed under 35% of their calls.

Maya Okonkwo9–3–175%+1.77u15%

The Draw King only needed five winning draws. Vitebsk 1–1 Belshina in the Belarusian Premier League paid 7.49. Örgryte 1–1 Hammarby in the Allsvenskan paid 7.24. Twelve even-money losers would have wiped a shorter-priced tipster. Those two prices stopped that happening.

Cora Flynn and Rafa Mendes posted their first picks this week. Cora backed away sides. Rafa backed travelling teams and Asian handicap prices, most of which held. Danny Reid had the cleanest handicap week on the board: 11–5–1, +4.81u.

Biggest losers

Five settled picks minimum, same as the winners.

TipsterRecordNetROI
Acca Andy29–38–1−15.15u−23%
Greg Sanders4–24–1−13.31u−48%
Nick Palmer5–13−10.46u−58%
BTTS Brian11–16−9.63u−36%
Nora Hale7–10−7.13u−42%

Acca Andy posted the most betting tips of anyone and still lost more than a unit every five settled picks. Greg Sanders went 4–24–1. The long prices that saved The Draw King did not arrive for him. BTTS Brian's both-teams-to-score lean sat in a market that lost −33.93u as a group.

Nora Hale is one of the new tipsters. She only plays over 2.5 goals. That market went 63–57 and still lost 17.72u. A 53% strike rate was not enough at the prices she took.

Highest winning odds

The eight longest settled winners, all 1X2. Match links go to the fixture page. The score is the one the pick settled on.

Cora's 6.50 was Stenhousemuir away in the Scottish Championship, 0–1. Acca Andy's 4.33 in the FA Cup was one of the few results that week that worked for him. It did not get him close to a green week.

Unders Ulf did not need a 7.00. Fourteen wins and seven losses on unders at ordinary prices was +2.57u.

New tipsters

Twenty-five new public tipsters posted their first picks on 2 September. Their first settled sample is 244 picks, 119–117–8, −14.35u, 50% win rate, −6% ROI. Same ROI as the tipsters who were already on the board, on about a third of the volume.

Pat Quinn is 2–0, +2.85u, from two picks.

Owen Blake6–11−6.63u
Cam Reid4–9–1−4.33u
Iris Pell4–7–1−4.03u
Fiona Grant1–4−3.20u

Owen Blake is the other side of Maya's market: he only plays BTTS no. The board took 17 of those bets and went 6–11, −6.63u. All 17 were his. Opening a record with both teams to score betting tips that need a clean sheet is a hard first week.

The rest of the new group sat near even: Sam Crowe 7–4 +0.67u, Hugo Morel 4–3 +0.16u, then a run of small red weeks. Full rows are on each profile and on the leaderboard.

Best-performing leagues

Leagues with at least five settled picks, ranked by net units. The top of this list is mostly small samples.

Ligue 15–1+3.63u61%
Serie A8–4+3.50u29%
Bundesliga16–6+2.91u13%

Eredivisie is the result that still looks real if you raise the pick count: 11–1. Belarus and the Scottish Championship paid this week and remain too thin to treat as a method. Bundesliga was the busiest profitable major league, 16–6, +2.91u. A 73% strike rate barely paid because the prices were short.

Premier League football predictions

English Premier League tips this week: 7–6, +0.05u.

What settled:

Following only Premier League football predictions this week meant finishing about even.

League Two football predictions

League Two was the worst qualified league on the board: 4–14, −7.63u, 22% of picks. English Championship was busier and closer to level, 20–20–1, −1.65u on 41 picks. League One went 11–13, −2.34u.

The League Two hits that landed were Northampton 1–1 Crawley (Draw King at 3.95, Acca Andy BTTS yes) and Crewe 1–1 York. The rest of the slate was overs that finished 2–0 and away sides that drew.

English football took a lot of the week's volume and most of it lost. The Eredivisie and a handful of draws at 6.00 or longer paid the difference.

Betting markets

BTTS no176–1135%−6.63u
Double chance6934–32–352%−9.23u

Match-result tips won 37% of the time and still made +8.17u, because The Draw King and Longshot Lou were in that bucket. Both teams to score yes won 49% and lost 33.93u. That was the most expensive market on the site this week, and the most used after 1X2.

Over 2.5 goals did the same thing: more than half the picks won, the prices were too short, the market finished red. Under 2.5 was the other side of that line and one of the few green goal markets, led by Unders Ulf (14–7, +2.57u) and Stefan Holm (7–3, +0.85u).

Asian handicap was the best market on volume that was not a longshot story: 59% of decided picks, +8.88u. Danny Reid, Luis Moreno and Rafa Mendes were the three names on it.

Double chance covers two results and still went −9.23u. A 1.40 price does not survive the third outcome.

Where to go next

A 48% week at −6% ROI is an ordinary football week. Market and league explain the −48.69u better than any one tipster's run. 1X2 and Asian handicap paid. BTTS yes and over 2.5 did not. Eredivisie and a couple of thin cups paid. League Two and the Premier League Cup did not.
